사의학과 ,체외수정크리닉, 암쎈타,검사쎈타
및 병원에서 염색체이상 유무를 검사하기 위한
목적으로 사용되는 장비로 주로 고위험군
산모의 산전진단검사나 산후 신생아 이상
유무 검사, 체외수정, 고형암이나 혈액암의
분류및 치료효과 및 예후 판단등을 위한 검사
장비입니다. 이러한 검사을 위하여 CytoVision™
System에서 수행할 수 있는 기능은 Karyotyping
이라고 하는 염색체의 핵형분석을 통하여 진단
하고자 하는 염색체 시료의 숫적 이상 유무를
분석하거나 FISH(형광잡종교잡법)에 의하여
DNA의 변환위치를 숫적으로 Count하여 환자의
치료 경과나 예후 판정을 할 수 있으며 복합적
염색체의 이상등에 대한 esearch를 비교적
단 시간 내에 정확한 결과를 얻을 수 있으며,
HR-CGH는 Test sample과 Normal reference
sample의 DNA를 서로 다르게 형광 Labeling을
한 후, Hybridization시켜서 그 데이터를 비교
하여 일반적으로 암에서 염색체상의 특정 위치
가 Deletion 되는 경우를 관찰하게 됩니다.
M-FISH는 각각의 염색체들의 Band가 서로
Translocation되는 현상을 각 염색체들을 서로
다른 색으로 형광 Labeling하여 관찰하는 기법
입니다.
